How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

We prefer no one to cancel, however if you need to cancel please give us a call as early as you can prier to your appointment.

Do I need to do anything prior to my cleaning?

No. The only thing we ask is that you pick up any clothes and remove any breakables from tables wanting moved.

Can I add to my cleaning while my tech is in the house?

YES, you may add additions at any time during the cleaning.

What is the drying time?

Typically between 6 - 12 hrs
